Why I Work From Home

medical coding training at home.

Working from my own home has always been a lifelong dream of mine.

I worked outside of the home for many,many years. I have worked 7:00A.M. to 7:00 P.M., 8:00A.M. to 5:00 P.M., 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M., you name it I have probably done it.

I worked for many years as a waitress and cashier, then I was an assistant store manager at a convenient store. I then decided to go to school and get into the medical field.

After many years of working in this field I began to have many physical problems and began to do secretary work with the hospital I was working for and eventually went to a HMO to work as a receptionist.

Most JOBS have so many rules and restrictions you begin to feel like a child being told how to come to work and how to conduct yourself while you are there.

With so many dress codes, restrictions on what you are allowed to have on your desk or even on yourself, restrictions on what you are allowed to talk at your work place, short time limits on breaks, etc. You begin to wonder if you are in elementary school again.

I love working with people and I love to help others. I usually went above and beyond my duties to help my workplace be all that it could be. I was really shocked when I was even reprimanded for doing more than was expected of me.

Well, I do believe everything happens for a reason and that was definitely reason enough for me to leave.

During this time there were many circumstances that led to me staying at home and not returning to the outside work field.

My children starting having their own children and I really did not want them going to a daycare facility. So I started a home daycare in which I was also able to keep my grandchildren too.

My husband and I bought a house and moved to the other side of town and as luck would have it all my babies went with me.

After my mother passing away I also took over guardianship of my 40 year old sister who is severely mentally handicapped and requires total care from her caregiver. As circumstances came about, I moved her home with me and my husband.

As my babies started getting close to school age I began to worry how would I be able to make it with the income we had being cut so much. I then began to look at working online. I was so amazed.

With the right training and the right tools I found that I can really make a good living right here from my own home and better than that I can make my own rules and dress codes. I decide what I will make by what quality of time and effort I put into making my business work. I am the boss and I love it.

I can take care of my family and my job without having to neglect the other. I can pray aloud while I work; I can sing; I can dance; I can laugh; I can cry; I can do anything I need to do or want to do while I am at work. WOW!

Can you do that?

Wouldn't it be so nice to be able to feel so free?

What are you waiting for?
